Server Setup

Before you begin:

Ensure your server hardware meets the System Requirements.
Complete the Installation Prerequisites.

Please ensure that the following services and applications are running on the TeamHeadquarters server before beginning the installation:

Active Directory must be installed on the server or available on another server in the domain.

IMPORTANT: It is strongly recommended that Active Directory replicate with another Domain Controller for redundancy.

Internet Information Services (IIS) installed, running and set to start automatically.
Indexing Service installed, running and set to start automatically.
If you are using Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, ensure that Microsoft Windows Script 5.6 (or higher) is installed. Type cscript /? at a command prompt to check the existing version. If an upgrade is needed, it is a free download from msdn.microsoft.com/downloads.
