If Entry Software is providing installation services, you will need to provide responses to these questions before we can schedule your install.
Will SQLServer 2005, SQLServer Reporting Services and TeamHeadquarters all be running on one server or multiple servers?
Has SQLServer 2005 and SQLServer Reporting Services been installed and configured?
If SQLServer 2005 is running on a different server has the connection between servers been established? Entry Software will require use of a login that can restore/create databases, create database users, setup content indexes, etc.
What are the specifications of the proposed TeamHeadquarters server?
Processor
RAM
Hard Drive(s)
What Windows OS is on the server?
Service Pack level?
What 3rd party software, if any, is installed on the server?
Is the server a Domain Controller, a Member Server or a Standalone Server?
Do you have an existing Corporate Active Directory that TeamHeadquarters will be reading from?
Do you have a single or multi-domain tree?
If multi-domain tree, are you running in Native mode or Mixed mode?
Provide instructions for remote access to your server:
What is the Username and Password of an account with local Administrator rights on the TeamHeadquarters server and “Read” rights on the domain in Active Directory (if applicable):
What is your preferred install drive for the TeamHeadquarters files:
What is your choice for a Contacts database (see Global Contacts)?
A self-managed TeamHeadquarters Contacts database, or
An Active Directory-integrated Contacts database
TeamHeadquarters uses SQLServer Database Mail. Has the mail profile been setup? If not, we will need SMTP Account Name, email address, SMTP server name, authentication method, etc.
Provide a list of Users to be created in the TeamHeadquarters database. We will also need to know their Active Directory account name.
Provide contact information for your SQLServer DBA.
