A small amount of information about each project goes a long way when it’s available for all projects. Have your project managers create their projects in TeamHeadquarters and fill in the basic information shown here, including Start Date, Estimated End Date, % Complete, and State. Enter a brief description in the comments, and click the Gates until the current phase is highlighted. |

Management Reports provide a link between the individual projects and the Enterprise Project Portfolio Reports by giving project managers a chance to review and update their projects prior to review by management. Have the project managers prepare these brief summaries of their project status, with a focus on the written descriptions.
