The TeamHeadquarters Administrator is responsible for maintenance of the master configuration tables and user licensing. As a result, they need to know how to:
Translate a Usage Policy or Adoption Plan into configuration design for table parameters.
Use the System Administration interface to change table parameters, and how these changes are reflected within the system.
Identify 'stale' content that should be changed or deleted from the database, such as tickets that are well past their next action date and thus should be deferred.
Activate and de-activate user accounts.
