These are the key roles for planning and managing a typical TeamHeadquarters deployment.
The business sponsor typically becomes most familiar with the features, functionality, and usage options of the software. They act as the primary interface between the users, technical staff, management, and Entry Software.
Staffing. Ensure that all key roles are understood and filled.
Usage Policy. Ensure that the Usage Policy, or Adoption Plan, is practical for your organization.
Adoption. Drive adoption at the end-user level.
The executive sponsor drives adoption of the portfolio or high level reporting, and across business units as required.
Infrastructure. Ensure that the server, network, and PC technologies are appropriate for the demands of TeamHeadquarters.
Support. Ensure that the technical and end-user support needs will be met. This includes server backups, regular maintenance, staging environments, network support, and end user workstation support. If additional technical consulting, support, or training are required, contact your Entry Software Account Representative.
The TeamHeadquarters Administrator role is vital to the management of the software. This is more of an administrative role than a technical role. In smaller organizations, this role is often filled by the Lead Technologist. In larger organizations, it is often filled by the business sponsor.
Configuration tables. Manage the master tables for global settings.
User licensing. Active and deactivate user workspaces/licenses.
Ensure that training model is appropriate for the organization's needs. Entry Software Professional Services may be able to assist with on-site training, remote training, train the trainer, and even training-on-demand.
