The
time sheet archive function enables you to store
and file your closed
time sheets. A
common practice is to create a time sheet archive folder for each calendar
year. Time
sheets can be moved between the
time sheet archives and
the
My Time Sheets
folder using drag-and-drop.
Right-click on
My Time Sheets.
Select New Time Sheet Archive.
Select a name for the archive folder and attach comments if required.
Click Save.
