Ticket Status Report

This report is generated from the Personal Reports menu.  It shows a list of all tickets edited by the selected user within a selected span of weeks.

 

How to run the Ticket Status Report

  1. Right-click on the user workspace you wish to run the report for.

  2. Select the menu option Personal Reports.

  3. Select a date range using the date controls at the top of the menu.

  4. Select Ticket Status Report.
