Entries for Category, Sub-Category, and Asset can be added to their respective lists by using the Add button after entering a name in the text field.
When setting up new entries, enter the Categories first, then Apply. Then add the Sub-Categories, selecting the applicable categories, and click Apply. Then, add the Assets, selecting the applicable Category/Sub-Category for each item. Any changes made here will be effective immediately upon clicking the Save or Apply buttons.
The System Administrator can mark items as Active. If the item is marked as Inactive, it will not show up in the drop down list, when selecting a Ticket Asset . By clicking on the Select radio button, items can be marked as either Active or Inactive, indicated by a checkbox, or the item’s name can be changed. To change the name of a modifiable selection, simply click on the text box and make the applicable change.
The table can be accessed by entering the System Administration area and selecting Ticket Assets from the Code Table selector at the top of the page.
