Ticket Monitor

The Ticket Monitor is a central queue for creating filtered lists of tickets across multiple queues. It works exactly like a ticket queue, with these exceptions:

  1. Filtering options include a customizable list of people called My Team that is used for filtering on the Responsible field in tickets. This list can include any collection of users within the TeamHeadquarters database.

  2. The filtering options include a selection list of queues across the organization.

  3. Queue Reports driven from the Ticket Monitor include tickets from all queues, regardless of filtering options set in the Ticket Monitor.
