This report shows the number of tickets open vs. the number of tickets that are due based on their Next Action Date and the number that are overdue based on their Due Date or Estimated Completion Date.
The example shown below is broken out by Roster members. The rows can be sub-totaled by right-clicking on the name and selecting another option.
Right-click on a queue, on the
Ticket Monitor, or on a
project or a
task.
Select Queue Reports from the pop-up menu.
The menu will open in a new window.
If you wish to produce the report only for tickets marked as R&D in the Type field (for "Research and Development"), check the box Report only tickets marked as R&D.
Click on Total, Products, Locations, Ticket Type, or Roster.
The report will open in a new window.
