Queue Balance Report

Queue Reports

This report shows the number of tickets created vs. the number closed for a recent series of days, weeks, or months (as specified by the user).  The New and Closed links will open a detailed Ticket List Report of the tickets represented in that line of the report.

 

How to run the Queue Balance Report

  1. Right-click on a queue or on the Ticket Monitor.

  2. Select Queue Reports from the pop-up menu.

  3. The menu will open in a new window.

  4. If you wish to produce the report only for tickets marked as R&D in the Type field (for "Research and Development"), check the box Report only tickets marked as R&D.

  5. Enter a number of reporting periods and click on Days, Weeks, or Months.  Note: The weekly date range is from Sunday 9:00 AM to Sunday 8:59 AM.

  6. The report will open in a new window.
