Queue Reports

The Queue Reports provide statistical and detailed views of activity on an individual queue, across all queues via the Ticket Monitor, or for tickets related to a project or a task.

These reports are generated from the Queue Report Menu as shown below for Queues or the Ticket Monitor:

How to launch the Queue Report Menu

  1. Right-click on a queue, on the Ticket Monitor, or on a project or a task.

  2. Select Queue Reports from the pop-up menu.

  3. The menu will open in a new window.
