This report lists all tasks within the project and provides a breakdown of the estimated and actual cost per task by resource. The report shows the billable and non-billable hours entered into time sheets. The costs per task include both billable and non-billable hours, since it is a 'cost' report not an 'invoice' report.
This report does not show 
parent tasks. The
totals at the bottom of the report include Project
Management Actuals, which are any time charges for parent tasks.
Right-click on the project you wish to run the report for.
Select Task Cost Report from the pop-up menu.
The report will appear in a new window.
