case, projects are always located within a
projects folder.

Yes. Any
projects that are located in a user's
My Projects folder can not be included
in Enterprise Project Portfolio Reports.

icon will likely be the most common for each user's
My Projects folder, since the actual
projects are usually located under an
organizational
unit. When
these projects are closed, the project shortcut icon will
be removed from each user's
My
Projects folder.
Projects can be created in any
projects folder.
Right-click on the target
Projects folder under
an
Organizational Unit or the
My
Projects folder in a
personal workspace.
Select New Project from the pop-up menu.
Enter the required information.
Click Save.
Invite
project members by clicking OK,
when prompted by this message.
Projects can be moved to any
projects folder using drag-and-drop.
Click and hold directly
on the
icon
for the project you wish to move.
Move your mouse over the
target
projects folder. Note
that you can scroll up, down, left, or right by hovering over scroll bar
arrows while you hold down the mouse button if the target folder is out
of view.
Release the mouse button.
Click Yes in the confirmation window.
The project will be moved to the target folder.
