The report can be run from either:
The static information found in the most recent Management Report for each project, or
The live project details.
The reports have expanding areas that show additional
detail embedded within the report. Clicking
on the project name takes the user to the project's menu, providing access
to the current project data.
Right click on any
personal workspace, and select Enterprise
Project Portfolio Reports. This option is also found
on any
user menu or
project menu.
You will be presented with the Project Picker. This function allows you to select a group of projects for inclusion in the report. For more information about the Project Picker click here.
In Step 5, select Project Framework.
In Step 6, click the Submit button.
The report will show up in a new window.
Note: all of the information
in this report comes from the project's most recent
Management
Report.
Project Name: Clicking on this link will open up a live view of the project menu.
Time Bar: The bar starts at the Planned Start Date and ends on the Planned End Date. The project's % Complete is represented by a heavy black progress bar inside of the Time Bar.
Project
Details are opened by clicking on the plus sign
beside each project name.
Customer Information holds details of the customer associated with this project.
Planned Start Date.
Planned End Date.
Risk, Effort, Type, State and Priority of Project.
Project Number.
Actual End.
Reported Percentage Complete and Reported Hours To Date.
Tasks Rollup % Complete and Time Sheet Hours To-Date.
Project Charter: This section outlines any Charter information given to the Project.
Roster: The name and role of all users invited to this project.
Your last Management Report was published x days ago: This statement shows the age of the information used in the report. The most recent Management Report can be opened by clicking on the link on this line.
Status: This line explains whether or not the project appears to be on track as illustrated by the color of the project's Time Bar, based on the most recent Management Report.
Comments: As entered by the project manager in the most recent Management Report.
Budget: The Total from the project's budget.
Planned Cost: The Planned Cost total from the project's Costs, plus any fixed resource costs (from the project roster), plus the planned task costs based on Estimated Time on Task and the billing rate of each resource.
Actual Costs : The Actual Cost total from the project's Costs, plus any fixed resource costs (from the project roster), plus the task costs as entered on Time Sheets.
Planned Benefits: The Total from the project's benefits.
Actual Benefits: The Actual To Date Total from the project's benefits object.
