The Project Allocation Report provides a seven-day interval view of a project team's task assignments, with a monthly sub-total. The report displays all planned hours broken out by resource for a particular project.
Note: A similar report can be run for a user or groups of users.
Right-click on the project you wish to run the report for.
Select Resource Allocation Report from the pop-up menu.
The report will open in a new window.
