Notes

TeamHeadquarters gives you the ability to create notes and store them under notes folders.  Any number of notes folders can be created in your personal workspace.

 

Notes under Tasks

Notes (called "Comments") can be added under Tasks, and shown together in the Task Commentary.

 

Notes under Issues

Notes (called "Responses") can be added under Issues, and shown together in the Issue Commentary.

 

How to create a notes folder in your personal workspace.

  1. Right click on your personal workspace.

  2. Select New Note Folder.

  3. Enter a name and description.

  4. Click Save.

 

How to add a note to a notes folder.

  1. Right click on the notes folder.

  2. Select New Note.

  3. Enter a name and comments.

  4. Click Save.
