The
library folder holds
files,
URL links,
and other folders.
Libraries, Documents,
and Files
Library folders can be created in
personal workspaces,
project libraries,
organizational units,
contacts, and within other
folders.
Right-click on the object you have selected to house the new folder.
Select New Folder from the pop-up menu.
Provide a name for the new folder and click Save.
The new folder will be created within the selected object.
Files, folders, and URL links can be moved to other folders using drag-and-drop.
Click and hold on the icon for the object you wish to move.
Move your mouse over the target folder. Note that you can scroll up, down, left, or right by hovering over scroll bar arrows while you hold down the mouse button if the target folder is out of view.
Release the mouse button.
Click Yes on the confirmation window.
The object will be moved to the target folder.
