Upon entering TeamHeadquarters, you are presented with your
Personal Workspace. Your
Personal Workspace presents you with a simple menu in the right pane.
The tree view (left pane) provides you with a high level view of the system
in a hierarchical view.
When user workspaces have been deactivated, they are represented with
this
icon, and that user is unable to log into TeamHeadquarters
regardless of the status of their Active Directory account.
To navigate back to the menu, click on the
icon at the
top of either the left pane or the right pane.
The User Menu provides one-click access to folders within a Personal Workspace, personal and enterprise-wide reports, and search functions for documents and Management Reports published within a selected number of days.
My
News - Organizes news pertaining to all projects in which you
are involved. The
news will appear and disappear based on the "Start" and "End"
dates for each news item.
My Projects - Lists
all projects in which you are involved. The
colored project
icon represents where the project actually resides. The
shortcut icon indicates a link to the project, which
is located in another projects folder. The
red project icon
indicates a closed project.
My Tasks - Lists
all open tasks which you have been assigned. This list can be sorted by
clicking on column headers. Tasks
and projects can be opened by clicking on their links.
My Tickets - Lists all tickets which you have
been assigned that fall within your filter selections. This
list can be sorted by clicking on column headers. Tickets
can be opened by clicking on their links.
Ticket Monitor - Lists tickets from any number
of different queues using a global filtering option. This list can be
sorted by clicking on column headers. Tickets can be opened by clicking

My Queues - Lists all Queues listing you on the
roster as an Active member. This list can be sorted by clicking on column
headers. Queues can be opened by clicking on their links.
My Time Sheets - Tracks your time on tasks on
a weekly basis.
Workspaces - Provides top-level access to your
TeamHeadquarters database.
Additional folders can be added to your personal workspace:
Library folders
- for storage of
documents, files,
and
URL links.
Notes folders - for storage
of
Notes.
