These reports are generated from the Personal Reports menu. They share the same report structure, and include a blend of Projects, Tasks, and Tickets.
My Work Performed is a listing of all:
Projects listing the selected user as Manager that have a Last Modified Date in the selected date range.
Tasks listing the selected user on the Roster that have a Last Modified Date in the selected date range.
Tickets that were edited by the selected user within the selected date range.
My Work Closed is a listing of all:
Projects listing the selected user as Manager that were closed during the selected date range.
Tasks listing the selected user on the Roster that were closed during the selected date range.
Tickets that were edited by the selected user that were closed within the selected date range.
My Active Work is a listing of all:
Active Projects listing the selected user on the Roster.
Non-closed Tasks from Active Projects listing the selected user on the Task Roster.
Open Tickets listing the selected user on the Roster.
This is the common format for these 3 reports:
Each of the columns on the report shows information pertinent to that line:
A Project will be listed without content in the Task Name and Ticket Name fields. The Responsible/% Assigned will show that user's Role from the Project Roster and the remaining fields are taken from the Project itself. The ID # column will show the Project Number (from the Project Edit page).
A Task will show the Project Name and Task Name, with the Ticket Name column blank. The Responsible/% Assigned lists the Task Roster with allocation details, and the remaining fields are taken from the Task itself. The ID # column will show the Task's WBS number, if entered. My Estimated Hours is calculated as the Task's Estimated Hours To Complete x the selected user's % Assigned on the Task Roster.
A Ticket will show the related Project and Task Names. If it is related to a Project but no task, the Task Name column will be blank. If the ticket is not related to a project or task, the Project/Queue Name field will show the Queue Name where the Ticket is physically located. Responsible/% Assigned will show "Primary" if the user is listed as such on the Ticket. The ID # shows the Ticket Number, and the My Estimated Hours column shows the Ticket's Hours to Complete. The Planned End Date is the Ticket's Due Date, and the Revised Planned End Date is the Ticket's Estimated Completion Date.
