Milestone Report

This report lists all of the milestones within a project, sorted by name.

How to run the Milestone Report

1. Right-click on the project you wish to run the report for.

2. Select Milestone Report from the pop-up menu.

3. The report will open in a new window.

Information displayed in report

• Task Name

• Planned Milestone date

• Actual milestone date

• Estimated hours (on the task forms, this is called Estimated Time on Task)

• Actual Hours (from Time Sheets)

• % Complete

• Status

• Responsible (the primary resource identified on the task form itself)

• Due? (Red=overdue, Yellow=Due Now, Green=Future Task)
