Administrator List

This table is the list of TeamHeadquarters Administrators.  It can be altered by any existing TeamHeadquarters Administrator.  The user doing the install is automatically added to the list, and they can then modify the list as needed.

Many of the System Settings Administration functions also require that the user also have 'Edit' rights on the TeamHeadquarters domain object.

The table can be accessed by entering the System Administration area and selecting View Administrator List from the Code Table selector at the top of the page.

 

How to add TeamHeadquarters Administrators

  1. Right click on the TeamHeadquarters domain object and select System Administration.

  2. Click the Select button (see above).

  3. Use the Name search field (see below) to enter the new TeamHeadquarters Administrator's first or last name (as stored in Active Directory), or the beginning of their name, or a part of their name (according to the Query type you have selected).  

  4. Click the Search button.  

  5. When you locate the name in the search results, click on it to select and return to the System Settings Administration page.

  6. Repeat steps 2 - 5 as needed to select additional TeamHeadquarters Administrators.

  7. Click the Save or Apply button to commit the change(s).
