TeamHeadquarters is built with a 'hierarchical' database and user interface. The software works a lot like Windows Explorer, with the left side frame showing a hierarchical tree view of the database, and the right side frame showing the contents of the currently selected folder or object.

If you are planning an implementation, one of the key deliverables will be the development of a TeamHeadquarters Usage Policy and/or Adoption Plan. These approaches help to ensure a fluid roll out with appropriate training and support.
