The Command List can be used to pre-define a collection of one or more tickets which can be created with a single action. This feature is useful for more complex and repetitive processes (e.g. the introduction of a new staff member) which require multiple tickets.
At the time of execution, the Command List can be future-dated with the ticket dates (Next Action, Due, and Estimated Completion) all set by a number of days/hours/minutes relative to that effective date. Also, the various tickets can be set to be created in multiple queues.
Note: Only TeamHeadquarters Administrators can set up and save a new Command List.
Note: To apply a command list, the current user requires the rights to create tickets in the target queues as if they were creating tickets one-at-a-time in the traditional method.

Tickets that were created at the same time by a Command List can be viewed together by clicking the (related) link at the top of the ticket edit or properties pages.
